A small-group strength class designed to help you maintain muscle mass, improve bone density and stay strong, steady and independent as you age. We focus on safe, progressive resistance training to support: •⁠ ⁠Muscle strength •⁠ ⁠Bone health •⁠ ⁠Balance & stability •⁠ ⁠Joint support •⁠ ⁠Everyday functional movement Groups are limited to just 4 people, giving you personal attention and proper technique guidance.
