Customers can avail of 2 unique offers, Recovery (a 2-hour session for 2-8 people from Monday-Thursday) or Rest & Rejuvenate (a 4-hour session for 6-12 people on Friday-Sunday), all available in an exclusive and private facility. More details are noted below.

FOOT SPA

A therapeutic treatment that focuses on the care and relaxation of the feet, typically involving soaking in warm water, often with essential oils or salts, followed by massages, exfoliation, and moisturisation. Aims to provide a holistic experience that goes beyond a simple pedicure.

TIKI BAR

The place to unwind, rest, recover and rejuvenate, the Pilates Bar is exclusive for patrons to use at their leisure. Our home-made bar, crafted with love, and high stool seating provides a great space away from it all to chit-chat and sort the world out! Containing fridge, eco-friendly but robust glassware and other utensils, it’s all you need to kick back and say “yeah!”

ICE BATH

Our ice bath, also known as cold water immersion (CWI), is a type of cryotherapy where the body is submerged in ice water for a short period, typically 5-15 minutes, and made popular by athletes and others (Wim Holf) seeking to reduce muscle soreness, improve recovery after exercise, and potentially experience other health benefits.
