Terms & Conditions for Two Trees Fitness and Wellbeing
1. Booking and Payments:

All classes must be booked in advance through the Two Trees online system.
-
Payments for classes, plans, and memberships must be made prior to the commencement of classes and activities.
-
There is no option to attend any class or activity without payment being taken in advance.
2. Cancellations and Refunds:
-
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class or activities to avoid charges.
-
Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full class or activity rate or deducted from plan bookings.
-
Payments, plans and memberships are non-refundable, except in cases of medical emergencies, subject to approval and on provision of relevant medical evidence.
3. Fitness Class Conduct:

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the class commences.

Late arrivals may not be permitted to join the class to avoid disruptions.
-
Please wear appropriate attire for a fitness class and follow the instructor’s guidelines for safe practice.
4. Pilates Class Conduct:

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the class commences.
-
Late arrivals may not be permitted to join the class to avoid disruptions.

Please wear appropriate attire for a Pilates class including grip socks and follow the Two Trees instructor’s guidelines for safe practice. Appropriate grip socks are available to purchase where required.
5. Wellness Event Conduct:

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the activities commences so formal induction and sign-ins can be completed.
-
Late arrivals may not be permitted to join the event to avoid disruptions.

Please wear appropriate attire to attend any wellness event and follow the event organiser’s guidelines for safe practice.

Be aware of the Wellness area surroundings, ensuring noise is kept to a reasonable level and behaviours are not exhibited by any attendee(s) which may lead to injury, loss, hurt or concern to other attendees, Two Trees representatives or the Two Trees Fitness and Wellbeing area, equipment or fittings.
6. Kids Fitness

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the class starts.

Late arrivals may not be permitted to join the class to avoid disruptions.

Please wear appropriate attire suitable for moderate, appropriate exercise and follow the Two Trees instructor’s guidelines for safe practice.
7. Health and Safety:

Please inform the Two Trees instructor of any injuries, illnesses, or medical conditions before the class begins.
-
Participation is at your own risk. It is recommended that attendees should consult a doctor and/or physiotherapist before starting any new exercise program.
8. Personal Belongings:
-
Two Trees is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items.
-
Responsibility for personal items lies with the attendee who should ensure valuables are kept safe.
9. Appropriate Behaviour and Etiquette:
-
Maintain a respectful and considerate attitude towards instructors and fellow class and/or event participants.
-
Always clean equipment after use with the provided sanitising wipes and cleansing equipment.
-
Avoid being overly loud, staring, or hovering while others are working out. Be mindful of personal space and allow others to move freely.
-
Practice good personal hygiene and avoid bringing open food or drink containers into the Fitness and Studio areas.
-
Share equipment, particularly during busy times, and limit time on high-demand equipment.
-
Be aware of your surroundings, tie shoelaces, and ensure hair is tied back if needed.
-
Prioritise safety during workouts and avoid unnecessary drops of weights.
-
Keep noise to a minimum and avoid loud grunting or excessive talking.
-
Avoid clothing with offensive prints or messages.
-
Only closed water bottles or sports drinks are generally allowed in Fitness and Studio areas.
-
Ensure equipment is returned to its proper place and weights are properly racked.
-
Keep personal items out of the way and be mindful of others' personal space.
-
Treat the equipment with care and follow any specific rules.
-
Consistent and/or repeat breaches of the above details (but not limited to) may lead to the exclusion of attendees from the Two Trees Fitness and Wellbeing areas.
10. Age Requirement for activities:

Fitness - Participants must be at least 16 years of age to attend
-
Pilates - Participants must be at least 18 years of age to attend.
-
Wellness - Participants must be at least 10 years of age to attend. Those under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian when using the Wellness area and facilities.
-
Kid Fitness - Participants must be at least 10 years of age to attend. Those under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to the class.
11. Inclusion:

Two Trees does not discriminate against anyone based on protected characteristics under the Equality Act 2010, such as age, disability, gender reassignment, race, religion, sex, or sexual orientation.

Two Trees aims to ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all users, making reasonable adjustments to accommodate individuals with disabilities.

Assess everyone’s situation and consider reasonable adjustments to reduce any risks, while respecting rights to participate, offering customized exercise programs that cater to individual needs and abilities.

Actions taken in relation to health or safety should be proportionate to risk involved.
-
Use inclusive language that does not discriminate against anyone based on protected characteristics.
-
Provide accessible changing areas, restrooms, and equipment.
-
All staff will be trained on disability awareness and how to make reasonable adjustments for different needs.

Ensuring clear and accessible communication, in different formats where available.
12. Changes and Updates:

Two Trees reserves the right to modify the schedule, instructors, and terms and conditions as needed.

Notifications of changes will be communicated in advance.
-
By attending Two Trees, utilising its facilities, attending and participating in its classes, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

13. Social Media Competition T&Cs:
Stretch, Sip & Sauna Giveaway In Partnership with Blossom Boutqiue – Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter Information
The competition (“Giveaway”) is organised and administered by Two Trees Fitness & Wellbeing, Brickhouse Lane, Poulton-le-Fylde, FY6 9BG, in partnership with Blossom Boutique Thornton (“the Promoters”).
2. Eligibility
2.1 The Giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
2.2 Employees of the Promoters, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with the Giveaway are not eligible to enter.
2.3 Entrants must have an active Facebook account and comply fully with Facebook’s terms of use.
3. How to Enter
3.1 To submit a valid entry, participants must complete all of the following steps:

Like the Two Trees Fitness & Wellbeing Facebook page;

Like the Blossom Boutique Thornton Facebook page;
-
Share the official Giveaway post to their Facebook story;
-
Tag at least one friend in the comments section of the official Giveaway post.
3.2 Every tagged friend counts as one (1) entry. Entrants may tag multiple friends to receive multiple entries.
3.3 No purchase is necessary to enter.
3.4 Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or submitted after the closing date will not be accepted.
4. Competition Period
4.1 The Giveaway opens on the date the official post is published on Facebook.
4.2 Entries close at 23:59 on Boxing Day.
4.3 Entries received after this deadline will not be counted.
5. Prize
5.1 One (1) winner will receive a Stretch, Sip & Sauna experience for up to six (6) people at Two Trees Fitness & Wellbeing.
5.2 The prize includes:
-
A 45-minute Reformer Pilates session;
-
Two hours of access to the spa facilities, including sauna, hot tub, and relaxation zones;
-
Permission to bring your own beverages (BYOB).
5.3 The prize must be booked in advance and is subject to availability. Bookings are only available on Friday evenings, please see our booking page for availability.
5.4 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash alternative.
5.5 The Promoters reserve the right to substitute any aspect of the prize with an item of equal or greater value if required.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
6.1 The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
6.2 The winner will be contacted via Facebook within seven (7) days of the competition closing date.
6.3 If the winner does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification, the Promoters reserve the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.
7. Publicity and Content Use
7.1 The winner may be asked to provide photographs or testimonials from their experience for use on social media or marketing materials.
7.2 Any content shared will only be used with the winner’s consent.
8. Data Protection
8.1 Personal data supplied during the course of this Giveaway will only be used for the purposes of administering the competition.
8.2 Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties unless required for fulfilment of the prize or with the entrant’s explicit consent.
9. Liability
9.1 The Promoters accept no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, or not received for any reason.
9.2 The Promoters are not liable for any technical or system failure of Facebook or any third-party platforms used in the Giveaway.
10. Facebook Disclaimer
10.1 This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.
10.2 By participating, entrants release Facebook from any liability arising from the Giveaway.
11. General
11.1 By entering the Giveaway, all participants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
11.2 The Promoters reserve the right to amend or withdraw the Giveaway at any time due to circumstances beyond their control.
11.3 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
